My background spans education, leadership development, coaching, executive presence, and organizational leadership. I’ve worked with emerging professionals, experienced leaders, professional athletes, people in entertainment, and individuals navigating personal and professional transitions.
Through it all, one belief has remained constant: meaningful growth begins with clarity about who you are, how you show up, and where you want to go next.
Some people come to me to strengthen their confidence, communication, or presence. Others are stepping into leadership, defining their next chapter, or seeking a more intentional way to live and lead. Wherever you are in your journey, my role is to help you recognize your strengths, clarify your direction, and take purposeful steps forward.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in English from Hampton University and a Master of Science in Education Administration from California State University, Fullerton. I am also a certified Life Coach and a certified Etiquette and Business Protocol Specialist.
My approach combines thoughtful reflection with practical action. I believe leadership begins with how you lead yourself, and personal development creates a foundation for the relationships, opportunities, and responsibilities that follow.
